Elaine has built her UX career in Saas, writing interface copy for millions of daily users. Once a marketing and brand copywriter, she helped establish UX writing as a discipline at Grubhub, a food delivery app in the US, and then Spotify. In 2019 she co-founded a UX writing consultancy, eventually joining one of her clients—Dreams, a financial wellbeing app—full time.
Elaine draws cartoons, lives in Stockholm, and hasn't had a drop of flat water since moving to Europe three years ago.
